Touchscreen must be fully working and have no damage such as Cracks or Chips in front glass. If your device has a fixed rear glass, it too must not be Cracked or Chipped (cracked rear glass on iPhone 4 and 4s models are acceptable). Scratches and wear & tear are acceptable.

Not fully functional or is damaged

Phone or device does not fully function, has a damaged screen or touchscreen, faulty buttons, or is water damaged.

Intact, not crushed or bent

Phone or device must be intact in one piece, not crushed, bent or have major board damage.
